					  We stayed at the Hostal Balcones Muralla for 5 nights and had an absolutely incredible time! Based right in the heart of old Havana it was the perfect base for... read more going out to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting in booking tours and trips, arranging airport pick up as well as giving recommendations to local attractions and restaurants. They helped us get access to local free Wi-Fi and were always around to answer our questions. Every morning started with fresh cooked breakfast with juice, coffee and local produce, absolutely delicious. The room was incredibly clean with a beautiful view from the balcony onto the street bellow.

Would recommend to anyone travelling or planning a holiday in Havana!

					  Very charming hotel.  We were welcomed like kings, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.  He prepared the best mojito for us.  The room was atypical, very... read more clean and we slept well despite the bed being a bit small.  The hotel is also located very close to the old square.  I recommend the hotel 100% for the welcome, the decoration and the situation

					  We stayed at the Hostal Balcones Muralla for 4 nights as a couple and it was our first time in Cuba. Based in old Havana it was the perfect base... read more for going out to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and so helpful, assisting in booking one classic car tour we did, arranging airport pick up as well as giving recommendations for local restaurants and where we could find essentials like SIM cards. They were always around 24/7 to answer our questions or make us a cocktail on the balcony. The room was as described with air-con & a lovely balcony. Unfortunately there was noise from the street in the evenings, but that tended to die down before midnight and we understood it was nothing the hotel could control. 

Would recommend to anyone travelling or planning a holiday in Havana to get a real taste of Cuban life. Would happily return and start there again.
